About Ecclesia Nation

Your reference group is one of the most important things in your
journey to become successful.

Dr David McClelland an expert in human motivation, he was the head of human relations at Havard University from 1962-1967. He conducted research for 30 years, what he found is that 99% of your success is going to be determined by what he called your reference group – your reference group are the people with whom you habitually associate with.

If you associate with winners you will most likely become successful. Humans are like chameleons we absorb from those we associate with.

Proverbs 27:17 says as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

You need to have conversations about money, and learn about money to create wealth.
